Cancellation policy: Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Terms and conditions: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the voucher date unless otherwise stated. Monetary vouchers can be redeemed against overnight stays, dining, drinks, afternoon tea and at the Francis spa. Please note, monetary vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. No change can be given. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and valid at Francis Hotel Bath only. Reservations are subject to availability and exclude special dates.
