Begin with a self-applied, gently polishing salt scrub, rinsed away under an invigorating experience shower. Then take your pick from our heat experiences with either purifying steam and playful cleansing bubbles or soothing muds. Finish your thermal ritual by massaging in GAIA’s Awakening Body Lotion and reclining on the heated bench to fully unwind.
